Dear shareholders of the Company Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has vide SRO # 470(I)/2016 dated May 31, 2016 has allowed the Companies to circulate its Annual Audited Accounts to its members through CD/DVD/USB and SRO 787(I)/2014 dated September 8, 2014, the Company can Circulate its Annual Financial Statement alongwith Company’s Notice of Annual General Meeting through email to its shareholders of the Company. The Company shall supply the hard copies of the aforesaid documents to the shareholders on demand, only free of Cost, within one week of such demand. Accordingly, approval was sought from shareholders with the requirements of said SRO. The Shareholders have given their consent in their General Meeting held on October 28, 2016 for dissemination of Annual Audited Accounts through EMAIL/CD/DVD/USB or ANY OTHER ELECTRONIC MEDIA instead of transmitting the said accounts in hard copies. Please also note that in pursuance of SRO 787(I)/2014 dated September 8, 2014, the Company will continue to provide Annual Audited Accounts and Notice of General Meeting through email. Accordingly, shareholders will have an opportunity to request hard copy free of cost at their registered address after submitting a Standard Request Form at Company website Shareholders who wish to receive hardcopies for all future Annual Audited Accounts shall give their preference in writing. Standard Request Form has been available at our website. Please write to Company Secretary at below address for Annual Audited Financial Statements in hard copies.
